Good Morning Friends!
There's a little house in our town that always makes me smile. It's not the biggest or the fanciest, but it has charm that is hard to miss.
What first caught my eye was the pink door. The color of pink is just the perfect soft, welcoming shade. It says, "Hello, come on in!"
Every time I pass by, I notice how neat and tidy the yard is and how there is always a seasonal touch on the porch. You can clearly see that the home owner takes a lot of pride in their home. I know the lady who lives here and she is such a sweet person. She is also very creative.
Our homes really do reflect pieces of who we are. They have a slight whisper of what our personalities are like.
I love it when I see a home that offers hospitality from the curb.
Love, Love, Love!!
Monday news around here!
1. Early morning visit at the cardiologist for me.
It's my follow up visit from having the angioplasty.
2. Laundry..... 3. preparing meals..... 4. cleaning and dusting.
and if time permits, a little yard work.
Here's to an awesome Monday.....fresh coffee to start with, a heart that is full of HOPE, a to-do list that might get done, and a blank page waiting for a good story.
Shug......💛
That is such a charming house. Love the pink door....and it's a perfect pink color, like bubblegum pink. She even has a pink angel hanging on the front of her house. I like those white chairs too. I've been wanting to get two Adirondac chairs for the porch. Her wreath adds a little extra something. I hope your visit to the Cardiologist turns out well, Shug. Have a beautiful week.

ReplyDeleteIt looks so loving and friendly. ❤️
ReplyDeleteHow whimsical ... and welcoming, too. If our front facades are a reflection of Tom and myself, methinks I've a ton of tidying to do.
ReplyDeleteI'm praying you experienced a great cardio appointment.
My favourite colour is pink, but I've never had a pink door ... the one in your photograph looks very welcoming.
ReplyDeleteHope your Doctors appointment went well.

ReplyDeleteVisiting you a little later toay...it's been a busy one. Love the little house with the pink door and decorations. It just spells happy. I needed to make a plate of eggsalad finger sandwiches for my Bible Study tomorrow, and just when I had the eggs boiled, my daughter called and said mom, come over and make your sandwiches here and I'll take you for a short shopping trip and lunch. How could I refuse!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are getting your followup visits with the cardiologist. Sounds like you had a productive day too. Sending love and hugs.
What a welcoming front door and so pretty! Hope you had a fun day!
ReplyDeleteThat door just helped me decide what my next house and front door need to look like! I've been dreaming of a cottage in my future and then coming here to see this...that sealed the deal! I need a pink door! It's precious.
ReplyDeleteI'm normally not a fan of pink on houses but this one does look really nice. It has a charming quality that makes it look very welcoming.
ReplyDeleteI love that charming home too. Hope your dr. appointment went well and you had a great day. Our day is going to be wonderful because our Granddaughter is coming over for lunch and to help us with a few computer issues. She's a 6th grade teacher and is so happy its now Easter Break. She's thankful for the breather.... Love her to pieces.
