Update on Sam

3/19/26 Sam has has a very difficult week. Who knew that a lens from a cataract procedure could years later dislodge from where it was meant to stay and end up in the top of your eye socket? It does happen and unfortunately in Sam's case, there is only one (machine/piece of equipment) at our local hospital that needs to be used to fix his eye. We are waiting on a scheduled time for Sam's surgery. In other news: I had to take him to the lung specialist yesterday and again, the doctor had to drain fluid from around the right lung. He is certainly not feeling well today. Sam is scheduled for a CT scan next Tuesday and we should find out at this time if the immunotherapy is working on the tumors. We are praying for big GOOD results.
