As a wife, mom, grandmother, daughter, and a
friend, we learn to juggle....OUR TIME!
We always have endless amounts of laundry and with a lot of different materials used these days to make our clothing, this can become a taxing job.
Keeping a well maintained home is another juggle that we have.....I know for me, I want our home to be warm and inviting, not only for our family, but for any guest that might stop by.
On top of that circle is grocery shopping! This my friends is not an easy task. It is our job to shop for the best prices, while trying to feed our family healthy foods and trying to stay within a budget. To go along with the shopping is the preparation of these food items.....
We also have our social life....church...ballgames....small group bible studies....the yard to keep....taking care of elderly parents (which can become very demanding from time to time).....friend time....our careers....our hobbies....and we must not forget about our internet addictions!!
How does one do it all? How do we do what we have to do...and do it to the very best of our abilities?
We do so by Trusting in God to help us. If we seek His will for our lives and we are doing all the things that He has called us to do, then we can Trust that He will make a way.
We must pray that God will help us balance out all the things that He has placed before us! It's up to us to invite God to do the juggling handwork for us!
"Lord, I ask you to work in my life in order that I might be useful in the work you place before me."

Happy Friday the 13th Y'all....Have a great day!
Shug.....
Hi Shug, Oh yes, with God, all things are possible! Thanks for this lovely reminder! I feel like a new mother of a newborn with Brody, he is so much fun and we're beginning to establish a routine but I am exhausted!! I'm back in my Bible class after our long break, and helping with Sunday School, yes we have very busy lives...Isn't it wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful weekend, Hugs, Pam
I hadn't even noticed that it was Friday the 13th until this post.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your prayer. Balance and order are exactly what I pray for my day to day routine.
A great reminder. I'm infamous for making my plans, then asking God to help me. I should be seeking Him first! Thanks, Shug.
ReplyDeleteGosh, I didn't realize I wore so many hats till I read this! One day at a time, Shug, one day at a time...
ReplyDeleteIt can be hard to maintain the balance, but that is precisely what is needed in life.
ReplyDeleteYou know you are right - I never thought about it - we can ask God for help to balance things. Sometimes there is so much going on!!!
ReplyDeleteLove, sandie
YES---it's all about balance... We are super women of course... We can do it all.
ReplyDeleteThese days though, I don't have as much to do as I did when I was younger with family around... Thanks be to God for giving me time for ME (and George).
Hugs,
Betsy
Great post---I was struggling with this today. I have a tendancy to want everything to be perfect which is a very high expectation that I am learning to deal with.
ReplyDeleteI am learning to be happy with what I can accomplish in a day and just move on to the next.

Balance is so important, and so hard to find!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder!
