The Rainbow

Good morning....I have anxiously been waiting to show you all these beautiful pictures...

This past week...can't remember if it was Wednesday morning or Thursday morning, I saw the most beautiful rainbow that I have ever seen...

Trista was on her way to school and she called me to "Mom...look outside your front door...There is a rainbow that is so rich in color just above your house."

As I opened the door....and looked up....I saw the most magnificent sight.

A Full rainbow that stretched clear across the sky....

We have had NO rain....but yet God placed a rainbow in the sky....

Our drought is extreme right now and a huge portion of the lake is completely dry, but yet....God sent a rainbow...

I felt that HE blessed us with this beautiful rainbow and that HE was giving us this sign to show us that HE knows what we have need of (which is rain) and that HE has not forgotten us....HE will send the rain!

The colors of the rainbow were so pretty and bright...

We could definitely see the purple, the blue, green, yellow, red and purple colors.

A vision of Brilliant colors......

Thank you Lord!!

Hope you all enjoy a fun-filled weekend..

Hugs,

Shug ~

  1. These are wonderful pictures! I find it so hard to get good pictures of rainbows, they kind of wash out in the lens. But yours are so rich and intense. I have never heard of a rainbow without rain, almost like a miracle!

  4. Hi Shug!

What a beautiful rainbow! We know that God keeps his promises to us, through our faithfulness to Him - you must be a very faithful daughter to have been blessed with this beautiful rainbow - right over your house . . . :0)

The polls say $276.

I recently read an article on the average amount of money ( in the United States) spent on each child for Christmas.  The amount was $276....
