Party In Pink....

                    "PARTY  IN  PINK"

(This picture really is not a part of the Party, but I loved the Pink balloons..... and the subjects....So I decided to add it)

I was delighted to attend this Party in Pink event....not only was it a party in pink, but it was a   "Zumba Party in Pink" party!!

This party was in support of Breast Cancer Awareness......and I was so excited to be a part of this occasion...   I am truly thankful for the dedicated people that worked so hard to put this first year event (In our area) together...

We have a wonderful Christian lady (Mrs. Sue) in our church that has just been diagnosed with cancer in both breast....Later this month she will be undergoing a double mastectomy!

So, we were delighted to support her in this challenge that she has ahead of her..  Our group had T-shirts made with Sue's name on the back....We will also be wearing these T-shirts this Friday night to the
"Pink Out" football game....I can't wait to take pictures of all the pink this coming Friday night...

Sue is the lady standing next to me in the back right side of this picture.

Please add her to your prayer list....She needs a healing and she also needs all of the support we can give her!!

Below are some pictures of our "Party Night"

There were so many door prizes given away....Many thanks to all the Merchants
in our area...

No ladies.....that is not me doing the splits.....Her name is Ashley and she was up stage
helping to show us the "MOVES"

Meet Sherrie....she is in the picture at the top of the rotating cubicle with me...

(Ok...I apologize if I have made you all dizzy)

She is the Zumba instructor and might I say, she is Awesome!

Sherrie is a wonderful Christian lady and she works hard to make a difference in our community.....Our pastor's wife.....Calecia was a powerhouse herself....She worked hard
helping Sherrie pull this all together.....

I'm so proud of you ladies!!

Zumba is so much fun and believe it or not, I was (almost) able to keep up with all these young
ladies....Now,   I might not have done all the moves as they are meant to be done, but
I gave it my best and I MOVED....

Seriously speaking......Breast cancer needs to be wiped out, and we can do it, step by step by raising money for this cure......

Thanks for coming to my Party today....
Let's all do our share to fight for a cure!!

Sweet Blessings,

shug ~

Thank you for Blessing me today with your comments...

The polls say $276.

I recently read an article on the average amount of money ( in the United States) spent on each child for Christmas.  The amount was $276....
