Sparkles and Caps

Well, Happy Friday!

The rain has sure made itself at home this week around here. I keep watching the rocks in my flower beds....to make sure they don't float away! LOL. 😁

I am thankful for the rain! The grass is green and my flowers are blooming. I did give them a big pep talk about how good the rain is for them. lol 😊  Truthfully, this rain has helped to wash away a lot of pollen!  Thank goodness!!

We have a big weekend ahead, and I'm praying the sun gets the memo, and decides to show up and show off.  This Saturday is PROM weekend for our sweet Mylee, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for dry skies and a golden-hour of sunshine to capture the sparkling dresses and big smiles.

Saturday morning, I will be working on her prom bouquet.....I'm planning on using some light pink roses with a mix of different greens and a hint of baby's breath.

                                                   Nieces......Brilee and Lanna

On Sunday, we will be celebrating two of my great nieces, who will soon be graduating High School. I can remember when they were playing in the yard with bows bigger than their heads, and now they will soon be tossing their caps in the air. A big reminder that time doesn't wait, but it sure does give us plenty to celebrate.

I've got my umbrella in one hand and my camera in the other.....Cause rain or shine, we are going to make this weekend sparkle......

I am claiming the weekend's forecast to be 100% fabulous!!

Have a good one today!

Shug...
