Quick morning Post

 Good morning!!!

I finally made it to Texas!!  Woo Hoo 👏

we had a cancelled flight from JFK New York and had to end up spending the night in a hotel.  Trista, Mylee and I....were able to catch an early morning flight...but the rest of the crew were not able to fly out until late That afternoon.

we had a fabulous trip for sure.  Several sunny days and one day that was very windy, rainy and cold.

Exhausted?? I slept Eleven hours last night.  Still need a few more days to catch up.

Sam has had a few issues while I was gone.  For one thing, the lens that was put in when he had cataract surgery years ago,  has torn loose and is up in the top of his eye socket.  This is going to require surgery.  They are working on getting us booked now.  I'll be taking him to the lung specialist this afternoon at 3:00.  He has more fluid built up around the right lung.

I'm just making this quick post this morning and hopefully be back into Blog Mode tomorrow depending on how things go with Sam.

Hope you all have a wonderful Day!  I've missed y'all.

Shug.. 💛

  16. Oh my, I didn't know that could happen after cataract surgery! That is something to be aware of for sure. I hope they can take care of it quickly. Is he able to see out the eye?
So glad you are home safe and sound at last. I know you had a wonderful time, and I can't wait to see the pictures, but first things first. Get your rest, and take care of these issues with Sam. We'll still be here waiting when things settle down a bit for you. (((HUGS)))
