Good Morning🧡
"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
His mercies never come to an end;
They are new every morning:
Great is Thy faithfulness."
Lamentations 3:22-23
This verse is like a warm blanket....so gentle and so calming.
This is one that I have whispered under my breath, so many times, especially when my (human) strength felt thin.
I woke up early (3:00 A.M.) and this verse came to my heart. Was it for me? Was it for someone who will cross my path today? I'm not sure, but I feel led to share this verse.
There have been many times in my life when I have clung to these words...when life felt too heavy and uncertain.
This verse is for us all!!
No matter what season we are going through we can rest assured that
His love never stops. His mercies never run out.
Not yesterday. Not today. Not in the years ahead.
New mercies look like breath when yesterday may have felt suffocating. New mercies look like a sunrise, reminding me that darkness doesn't win. New mercies look like forgiveness when I have failed.
If your heart is weary, I pray that you find rest in God's unfailing love.
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases.....And I am so grateful we don't have to earn it. We only need to receive it.
Shug...💌

Amen
