Hello Dear Friends...
Oh how I am thankful for each of you and your prayers for me.
I am good...!!!
I get to take this off in about 5 hours and I sure will be happy.
It was a very long day yesterday, but the doctor was able to find the blockage and he did place a stent in my Right coronary artery on the back side of my heart. This artery was 80% blocked..

I am ready for the weekend although our weather forecast is not very good. Many prayers going out for so many people in the path of the dangerous storms that are predicted. ☔☔☔
I plan to spend some time updating my blog. I am searching for new ways to give my blog a new facelift. What programs do you all use to DOLL UP your Blogs? I also plan on catching up on all of the post that I have missed these past couple of days.
I've got my Rain boots ready for the rain!!
SHug.....
Continuing to pray for your recovery.

It is so good to hear from you! I love your little patchwork pig! You even had to wear this to bed? How are you feeling? I think your blog is great just the way it is. It is always so cute and cheerful looking, always new headers and info!
ReplyDeleteGet well soon, Shug! 🎈
ReplyDeleteHow good it is to 'hear' a smile in your voice ... and always thinking of others, despite your own challenges!
ReplyDeleteDo I see your nurse (Trista) there, keeping a close watch? Two thumbs up!
Glad to hear all went well and you are doing good. love the header today. All those umbrellas are so cute. I used to change up my blog frequently until I came up with the current look. I liked enough to say that was it from now on.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad your cardiologist wanted to check you and am thankful it went well.
ReplyDeleteI think your blog is so cute! If you change it, I'll be interested in how you do it. I can't figure out how to do anything to mine.
I love switching things up every now and then – usually, I do a little refresh every January, but I didn't get around to it this year. There have also been times when I just felt a bit tired of my blog and decided to start fresh with a brand-new one! New name new everything! I’ve actually done that three times since 2007, and it’s always been fun.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog and how it looks. So much fun
OH darn, I pressed send and wanted to say more. Wow sure is a good thing the doctor found that blockage. Can you tell the difference? I can't imagine you with all your energy and doing all that you do, that you had a blockage? So you were only using 20% Wow there will be no keeping up with you once you heal.
DeleteHappy to hear all went well and you are on the mend.
ReplyDeleteThe little patchwork pig is adorable, and I love, love, love your header with all the umbrellas. How did you do that?
Glad you've been diagnosed and "fixed".
ReplyDeleteGlad the surgeon was able to find the blockage and put the stent in. Praying for a speedy recovery!
ReplyDeleteI usually just go to the blogger settings of my blog and there I can change the background, font, colors and column size. I usually make my own headers using Adobe PSE or GIMP. It's not that hard but it is time consuming sometimes.
Grace & Peace,
Pam
Wonderful news that they have taken care of the blockage and that you are doing so well. Praise God! Re: blog changes, I don't do much to change mine. It's too much trouble to make all those changes on the background, etc., and I guess I'm just lazy! But I like what other people do. I just don't have the drive to make those kinds of changes.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy your blockage has been cleared and that you are on the mend! I love what you do to your blog, but I like keeping mine the way it is.
ReplyDeleteYeah for a good procedure that should make you feel better!
ReplyDeleteThat was me! Far. Side
ReplyDeleteYour news is the best, Shug! You have some great doctors and prayer warriors rooting for you in all of this. Yes, I probably need to give my blog a face lift of sorts, but not feeling pressured to do so at this time. I think yours looks great! God bless!
ReplyDeleteI just posted a long comment, and it says having trouble publishing try again. I'll make this one short. We love you, and so thrilled with the outcome of your procedure. You will feel so much better now with that stint. That was very sweet of your daughter to give us an update. Sending lots of love and hugs. Get lots rest!!
ReplyDeleteSo glad the procedure went well-praying for a swift recovery!
ReplyDeleteThis is good news. All the best!
ReplyDeletepray for you quick recovery...
ReplyDeleteHope, everything goes well with your surgery....
I am in love with those umbrellas. did you draw them? the look HAPPY and full of joy. my blog look is the same as it was when I created it in 2008. the only thing I change is the header, and sometimes the borders of color. I have tried a few times to change it but never saved what I did..
ReplyDeleteoops, so happy to see you are home and doing well. Bob had that same artery with stints in 2002
ReplyDeleteThank the Lord for answered prayers!! I'm so glad all went well. I just use basic old blogger and sometimes use some free sites to add to my background wallpaper. But I don't know how to do anything "extra". Lol I love your sweet blog and think it's adorable. Blessings on your weekend and continued healing. xo
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling okay and that the stint is in. Wow, on 80%. Glad it got taken care of. For my blog, I draw new banners and new footers, I'll draw those too. Fun!
ReplyDeletePTL I'm so glad you are doing so well and the blockage has been cleared.
ReplyDeleteGod truly does answer our prayers.
Sue

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that your doctor was able to put that stent in. That's quite a significant blockage. Prayers continue for you.
DeleteI am so glad to see you back here. Gee when my husband had a stint put in he did not have to wear that until the next day. I like your blog very much the way it is.
