Joy of Life?

............. Walked outside a few minutes ago, and WOW.....what a difference!  The temps have dropped and it is such a beautiful morning!!  Thank you Lord!

What is your true joy of Life?  For me, it is serving God and being a Blessing to my family and to others.  Every day opens up a new journey for each of us.   If only we would all allow our journey to be used like that of a mailman........making numerous stops each day, delivering (not mail) but acts of kindness....how awesome would this world be?

This morning.....I'm joining "Good Fences"    Hope you enjoy!

Blessings,
Shug ~

  2. Lovely wrong iron fenceing but I think it could do with a lick of paint as it is rusting.

So true - I don't think we even realize what a blessing it is to serve and bring happiness to others . . . blessings for them and for us!

  9. What a great idea to be like a mailman and deliver acts of joy through out our day. - I will try to follow that advice more often.
Wonderful fence shots. I like the rusty detail of the first shot and how oranate this fence is.

  10. Great ornate fence! Being nice and kind never hurt anyone and we need more of it. Glad it's cooler for you, 58 degrees this morn here, a little too cool. Take care, Shug!

  15. I like the idea of delivering 'acts of kindness' along our journey. I've gone back to writing cards and letters again to people that cross my mind. So in a since I'm working along side the mail man... delivering acts of kindness.
...and now I sound like I'm bragging, but I really don't mean it that way. I mean to say, send a card or letter! It takes less than .50¢ to make someones day. Give them a smile!
