The Brilliance of God's Glory.....

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him and will sup with him, and he with me"

The door that Jesus is talking about does not have a handle on the outside!  We must open our hearts from the inside and invite HIM in.

The meaning of Easter overwhelms my heart and touches the depths of my soul...The power of the resurrection means that we can have eternal life.  God loves us!

HE sent HIS son, Jesus Christ to live here on this earth and to live a life that was totally free of sin....YET, Jesus died for our sins!

{These words touch the inner depths of my heart}

Praise God, death and the grave could not hold him.....Through the resurrection of Jesus, we all can have eternal life.  All we must do is ask and invite HIM in...

The Brilliance of God's Glory is given to each of us through the resurrection!!

Wonderful Blessings!

Hi Shug, Holy Week is an important week for Christians. We have services on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. I think that people who don't experience Holy Week cannot know the true meaning of Easter.

Have a wonderful day.

Dear Shug, The meaning of Easter overwhelms my heart too. The pain He endured is unfathomable, for me/us so that we may have eternal life. Wishing you and your family a blessed Easter. Peace, Joy, Love... Kerrie

Beautiful post, Shug. And I love the Old Rugged Cross. It has always been one of my favorite hymns.
