Snow Day 2011

Hope this Sunday morning finds your heart full of Joy....

Is this Super Bowl Sunday or what?  Yes it is.....Super Bowl right here in the Proud state of TEXAS!

Oh yes, we are having a Super Bowl party (well, get together)
Good friends, good food, and a wonderful time watching the commercials, Oh I'm sorry....I mean the game!

I'll even share our good time with you on Monday morning.  Make plans to stop by...I'll even fix you great tasting some warm hazelnut coffee and some cinnamon rolls!

For those of you that don't know.....It snowed right here in East Texas.  You might notice in some of my pictures, that we are not always prepared for the SNOW....

First of all, you must check out these Hillbilly boots.  You are looking at the feet of Miss Mylee Jo.  It seems that her feet have grown since we played in the snow last year.  She tried to wear her old rubber boots, but guess what?
They didn't fit!!

Check these little Angels......It didn't matter to them if there clothes were wet....These kiddo's were having a great time!

Trista and I were freezing.....Buddy the dog was having a GRrrrreat time.  He even managed to make some magic in the snow....The kids could not understand how the snow was beautiful white in most places and then all of sudden they would find a big area of YELLOW SNOW..... oh yes, buddy was enjoying himself!

OH what a PRECIOUS LITTLE DOLL......

She was having a fabulous time!

Didn't I tell you we were unprepared for all the snow?  Check out the , check out the ski clothes!   It wasn't bothering Tori one bit either.

Pictures around town...............

Shanda, Mylee, Carson, and Trey getting their first glimpse of the SNOW...

The Trees down at the Nursery......

The Pecan Trees on the Heel Yard....

Shanda and her sweet mom....ME!

And why not try a bike ride in the snow.........

We had a super good time as we all enjoyed the snow....It's gone today!

This is a wonderful day to Worship and Praise our Lord....

See ya tomorrow!

Shug Sez....

What a mighty God we serve!
