From Red to White....Alright!!!

I do love the color of RED....
and, I can't imagine not having this
color displayed in various places throughout
our home... Oh, and on the outside too...

Do You remember my RED front doors?
I have enjoyed these doors so very much...

HOWEVER.....it was time to say good-bye
to these well worn out doors.

I have always had a lot of compliments about my beautiful
bright red doors, but none of these folks really knew the
real issues back behind them....

Let's just say.....they were like motorized fans without the motors!!
If you were standing in front of them and the wind was blowing, you had better hold on, because the breeze COULD blow you over.

So.....let me introduce you to my New Beautiful White TEXAS Doors!!

Wa....La

I love the beautiful TEXAS STAR....

and yes, that is my shadow behind the star!

Even the sidelights have the TEXAS STAR!

I think I must be in Love all over again....

This door is solid....no breeze blowing through....no gaps...

The question is.......

What color??

What color am I going to paint my brand
new door?  RED? BLACK?  or should I
paint it WHITE?

I just don't know.....So this story is to be

Continued!

Hope you find loads of happiness today!

Your old red doors were so pretty, and I LOVE the new ones. I was just pricing a door with a pretty front window the other day and plopping it on my wish it. I think yours is spectacular with the Texas star. How wonderful!

That new door is beautiful and will be so no matter what color you decide to paint it.

It is a truly beautiful door, very classy. But it looks like it's already painted white. I think it depends on what color the rest of the outside of your house is.

Oh I use to have one of those doors and I do remember the cold breeze. They don't seal very well, or at least mine didn't. Love your new doors and sidelights. They are gorgeous and since I was born and raised in Texas, well, they are totally perfect to me. Can't wait to see what color you paint them. Thanks also for your gracious comments and following, I have followed you also. Hugs, Marty

That is one classy door! Just love it! I'd probably leave it white for a while and when it needs painting I'd change it! But it sure would POP if it were red!

Love your new door, Shug. I don't know what color your house is so I don't know what color I'd pick for the door, but red is always good in my book! I love red, too. It'll be pretty whatever you choose.
