Today will be my last post until after my trip. I'll be stepping away from the blog for a little while and plan to be back on the 16th.
This next week will be a special one for my daughters, my youngest granddaughter and for ME! I feel comfortable knowing that Sam is in good hands. Our oldest granddaughter (Tori) is coming to spend this time with him and making sure he is well taken care of. My heart is already full in knowing that she will be here with him.
I am looking forward to seeing the beautiful land of Ireland and sharing this very special time with my family.
I would truly appreciate your prayers for safe travels and a wonderful visit. I'll be praying for each of you as well. Prayers filled with peace and little reminders of how loved and appreciated you are.
I'll see you guys on the 17th....(being that I will not actually be home until about 1:00 A.M. on the 16th)
By the way: I have plenty of GREEN 💚
packed in my suitcase!!
Love you all
Shug...💛🍀

Shug! Have a fun and safe trip to Ireland! I am saying a prayer for you and your daughters and granddaughter for safe travels. So good of Tori to take care of Sam while you are away. Such a lovely granddaughter. You are a blessing in my life too, Shug. And I love that Betty Boop at the end all dressed in green. Have fun, and I'll see you when you get back!

ReplyDeleteI'm so happy for you and your "squad"! Lifting my prayers for travel mercies.
ReplyDeleteMay the sky be a gentle path for your wings,
ReplyDeleteAs you fly toward the isle where the emerald sings.
May your health be as sturdy as ancient stone walls,
And your spirits as bright as the Irish rain falls.
May the fun that you find in each valley and glen,
Be a treasure you carry till you're home once again.
And when you reach Blarney, with courage so bold,
May you kiss the great stone as the legends have told.
May the "gift of the gab" leave you charmed and wise,
With the light of old Ireland forever in your eyes.
Wishing you a wonderful break away and all good things come to you. We'll catch you on the flip side. Cheers and boogie boogie, Ivy.
