Good Morning from Beautiful Colorado!! Today is most definitely a gift and one that every ounce of my heart appreciates. With the cool fresh air all around us, I am reminded of how each new day is like a trail, just waiting for us to explore it.
We are looking forward to spending another day with family…I want to enjoy every moment of the day, because I know it will be at least a year or maybe longer before we see them again.
As the Sun rises over the Rocky Mountains, I give Praise to the One who created it all.. I do not want the rocks to cry out in my place, so I sing the highest praises today to our Heavenly Father!

update on Sam: Sam is enjoying this trip and we have had the Best help from our daughters and granddaughter…..yesterday was a somewhat difficult day for him, but he and I came back to the hotel to let him rest. He will have a procedure done on Tuesday morning… an upper GI. we need to make sure that the radiation hasn’t blistered part s of his esophagus or stomach. Prayers for a good test.
Absolutely ..prayers coming for a good test on Tuesday. Praying for no harm done from the radiation and that your remaining time with family will be wonderful.

Oh Shug. Colorado is a beautiful state. I have a son who lives there with his family. I miss him terribly, of course, but I know he loves it there and is happy, so I guess that's all that matters, right? I pray the test for Sam goes well. I am so sorry he has to go through this. (And you, too.) Glad you are seeing your daughter and granddaughter. Treasure every moment! Hugs. Susan
