Thank you for simply being you. Not sure if you all realize it or not, but your individual lights reach places that you never even realize.
Sometimes we write a post or we share a photo...... OR...we leave a very thoughtful comment, never knowing that these small things are lights that encourage others.
Every word you write, every story you tell, every prayer you whisper, and every thought you share, is a spark. A spark that lights the path that many of us walk on each day. I love it when the tiniest spark shows up just when someone else needs it the most.
You may never know that your blog post is one that has helped someone laugh after they have experienced a heavy day. You may never know how much your honesty has given someone else the courage to speak their truth.... and for me, your comments always make me feel valued. I thank you for each comment you make.
Whether we know it or not, our lights have the ability to reach grieving hearts, joyful readers, our families and so much more. These lights travel through screens and into each other's homes and hearts.
I never take for granted the words and wisdom of my dear blogging friends. I just want to take time this Sunday morning to say thank you for showing up with your hearts wide open. Thank you for your humor, your honesty and most of all for the hope I feel from each of you.

ReplyDeleteBTW - there’s nothing you can do about it but many times if I don’t see your post in my feed I come here and there’s a new post. Sometimes Blogger gets all glitchy and doesn’t update. It’s starting to happen to my blog again too. Frustrating. So just letting you know.

I love this post. I keep hearing that blogs are dead, but I don't feel that way at all.
