Isn't this an interesting piece of equipment? Can anyone guess what it is?

It has to be some sort of picker,but I'm not sure for what.

I'm guessing it has something to do with logging. - It is cool looking with all that rust.

Update on Sam

4/22/2026 Today we had a visit with the lung specialist and the doctor ended up doing pleural tap (fluid drawn from around the lung) which this makes the third time for this procedure since the first of the year. There are so many questions that I feel are being left unanswered, but yet we are at the mercy of the doctors. I think the hardest part is that you have an oncologist, a liver specialist, a lung specialist and then our regular doctor and each of them give different answers according to what they are specialist in. I would love to have solid answers as to where we are at and what all is being doing not only for the cancer but for the liver and lungs as well. I think this is why it is best to be at a larger hospital where they all work as team.. Guess I'm just letting off some steam... Prayers are so appreciated.
