Here I go, thinking about things that most people never think about. That's Just ME!
OK.....so I have thought about this numerous of times, but the thought usally goes in one ear and out the other. Not Today...Today it is stuck in my head.
Each Day, I try to read and comment on all the blogs that I follow. And I usually start at the top of my list.
The only problem with this is that sometimes about half way down the list, I get sleepy! Not good if you are one of those blogs that starts with the letter S, T, U, V, W, X, Y or Z.......
Soooooo.....I am just trying to figure out how the rest of you go about leaving your comments..... Do you start at the bottom...start at the top...start at the middle....Draw straws (ha) or do you have a certain daily routine for commenting on all these wonderful blogs? I feel like the bottom of my list sometimes gets cheated.....
What buttons do you push first? Is it the bright buttons? Those blogs that bring you laughter. Or perhaps you push the button first on those blogs that share the same interest as you......Maybe you do have a method and just have never thought about this before....
Sam is constantly telling me that I am a deep thinker about things that most people NEVER even think about. HA! He just doesn't appreciate an intelligent mind when he sees one!
I'd Love To hear from you! Let me know how you handle comments in blogland.....
Enjoy this sweet cool day...
Shug.....
On my sidebar I have My Blog Friends. These links pop up in the order that they are updated and that's what I read when I'm in for some blog time. Somehow I can keep up that way! I also read other educational blogs that are not linked there, but I don't comment on them.
ReplyDeleteYou hubby doesn't understand how smart you are.
ReplyDeleteNow I have them on a goodle reader - I start at random places and I'm usually late - but I do try to leave comments - sometimes I just read.

Hi Cutie, How's your hand???? I use google reader ---and it's great because you can read the entire blog from there before clicking to go into the blog. IF I don't have anything to say, I will skip it and go to the next one...
ReplyDeleteGoogle Reader also puts the blogs in order as to when they were published. SO---if I go to bed at 11 p.m., the reader will show me the next one to pop up first (at about 11:30) the next morning... SO---I always do the oldest ones first and work my way down the list. Make sense????
There are certain blogs that I will go to no matter what... Those are my special buddies! Then --there are other blogs I may or may not visit simply because they are too long, or because I am just not interested in what they are talking about. I guess we all have our fav's.... I love travel blogs with photos.. I love blogs about family and the person's life. I love blogs with substance.. I'm not as much into jokes and comedy --but even some of them are good....
Hugs,
Betsy
I use Google Reader also by installing the gadget on my Google Chrome home page. It lists blogs by most recent first or by oldest first. I go down the line and comment as much as I can, unless I'm days behind. Which is happening more and more lately. :(
ReplyDeleteI too use my reader to respond to the blogs I follow.
ReplyDeleteI try to keep up with my followers too but as the toll grows it becomes almost impossible. It's a time factor...I'm not sure how to handle it.
God bless and enjoy this wonderful day sweetie!!!
I can honestly say that yours is one of the only blogs I read regularly. My aunt has a blog that I read as well, but I like to read yours because your words are uplifting and most times your blog puts me in a good mood...although I will admit, some posts have brought me to tears! But it does sound like I need to get Google Reader, from these other comments! :)
ReplyDeleteI keep my faves on my blog list on the sidebar so I just go from the most recent on back and try to catch up and then visit new blogs that comment on mine and some oldies I love too.
ReplyDeleteOH, Shug. No matter what, it is hard to find the time to comment on all the blog-friend's I want... but, to make it easy to see the new posts, I have them on my sidebar by most recent (you can set that under the gadget for bloglists)... that way I only have to go back down to the last I was able to read and work my way up!
ReplyDeleteSo many blogs... so little time! blessings ~ tanna
ps I love those buttons!!
I use Google Reader and try to read all the blog I follow. I will comment as often as I am able to,sometimes times restrictions just don't allow it. I like to hear comments from others,so I figure I should return the favour.
