Praise the Lord, WE GOT RAIN!
Yes...last night, just out of the blue....it rained!
It wasn't a slow soaking rain, but it was rain....

When we had beautiful summer rains, I'd let the kids go outside to dance in the rain! So much fun - I never got to do that when young - and now I'm not so sure I wouldn't fall and break my hip, lol! Glad for you! Enjoy the rain and the wonderful fragrance afterwards!

That is so true. We have to learn to make the best of even the storm. Oh how envious I am of the rain you got. We will not see rain for a while yet. Oct. is the earliest we ever get it and that can be rare. Love the first rain of the season.
