Hey Friends......just in case you are wondering I think .....YOU ARE ALL Amazing!
Take a look at what I found in the greenhouse last evening!
The Sweetest Oranges ever!! Just look at the color of them.. The deepest, brightest orange!
Gorgeous blooms... The citrus trees are thriving and these blooms can only mean more Delicious Fruit.
The oleanders are beginning to bloom and this sure makes my 💛 happy!
The lemon trees are really showing out!
I'm guessing there are probably at least 30 lemons that will be ready in about a week.
I can already smell some future Lemon Poppy seed bread baking in the oven.
In the Garden, My soul is full of sunshine!
Happy Thursday and do more of what truly makes you happy today.
shug.....💛
Oh Shug, those oranges look fabulous. I'd like to cut one and chomp right into it. I know I don't get enough Vitamin C. You have weather in the 80s while here, in western Massachusetts, we are in the middle of a huge winter snowstorm. They are also predicting ICE and that scares the bazookers out of me . Nope. Not going out into that. Hope you have a delightful day. Eat
ReplyDeletean orange for me! Thanks for all your visits and comments! Susan
What a great blessing! Thank you fir sharing. ❤️
ReplyDeleteOh wow, those oranges !! Beautiful... Our neighbors lemons which he shared with us are the juiciest and sweet I have ever had. Wish we had a greenhouse that would produce the treasures you have.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thursday. There is so much to be thankful for.
Sue
Yum... oh how I wish I could have a fresh lemon, orange and lime tree.:-) Do they only survive in the greenhouse for you in Texas? Or can you have them outdoors in the weather?
ReplyDeleteDo they fruit all year around?
Love, Carla
Now I have another reason I wish I had a greenhouse! Those fruits are beautiful! My brother lived in Orlando and had lemon and grapefruit trees in his yard. (Trees or bushes? Not sure). Have a great weekend. Take care.
ReplyDeleteThe lemons and oranges are large and beautiful!! I think oleander only grows in the south? I have never seen any.
ReplyDeleteAre you gloating down there? All that beautiful fruit - and we have ice! :)
ReplyDeleteSeriously, it looks wonderful and I'm happy for you!
I love all citrus, we had a grapefruit with ruby red that fed our neighorhood for many years and disease killed it. we miss it so bad. I love California Cuties that I buy at the store, no fresh fruit for us. we lost an orange tree back in 1986 due to hurricane Elena. we can buy fruit locally though since most of it is grown locally and our stores sell it
ReplyDeleteI love citrus! Oldest Son (in California) has a large orange tree in his back yard. When we visit during the winter months I can go outside and pick fresh ones for breakfast.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing colors God chose when he created these citrus trees! (Why, potatoes should be hanging hang their heads, lol.) There's just something about orangey-orange and sunshiny yellow that lifts my spirits. Thank you, Shug, for doing the same!
ReplyDeleteThe oranges and the lemons are gorgeous! It makes me hungry for a good orange, but I know what I get in the grocery store wouldn't begin to compare to the goodness of yours! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI can smell the oranges and lemons from here. YUM
ReplyDeleteI am pea green with envy. Lemons, oranges and more. WOW!! I can smell the oranges and lemons from here. Did you dance a little happy dance when you spotted everything? Think I would have.
ReplyDeleteYou had me at oranges, Shug. I love them, and they are special to me for many reasons. Yours are growing beautifully, look at that orange! Your lemon poppy seed bread is going to be really good made with fresh lemons from your lemon tree. ; )

ReplyDeleteFresh off the tree oranges...how lucky you are!!
ReplyDeleteWe are so blessed to live in climates that can grow citrus year round! They look great. Ours are already fruited and gone. A few lemons here and there but here they start producing fruit in December. I miss them already.
ReplyDeleteSpectacular color too! Yum. 🍊🍋🍋🟩
