Giving Praise to God...
There is no greater joy than witnessing God Revealing Himself in our lives or the lives of others. His presence often manifests in ways that leaves us in awe, comforted, and filled with a renewed sense of purpose.
This week, God has shown Himself in ways that cannot be ignored, and though I may not be able to fully go in to detail about some of the events, I can share my heart and offer Him the praise He so richly deserves.
As you all know, our grandson is on a mission and on this particular mission, he was deployed to an unknown area for a week. Just so happens that this is the week that He and his wife were closing on their home. I am in total belief that it was an angel who God sent to help them in this situation. A particular document was needed before the closing and this particular document was hundreds of miles from where it needed to be. His wife had POA to close on the house, but she did not have access to the document, and this paper had to be received by Wednesday. Not mind you...it was Monday afternoon when she was told that she had to have the ORIGINAL paperwork.
Actually, I believe there had to have been two angels. Not only did this document need to arrive by Wednesday, it needed to arrive before the business closed. One of the workers stayed over, two extra hours to sign for the delivered paper work. This is amazing that someone would do this.
The closing did take place yesterday and his wife now has the keys 🗝🗝 to their new home. The reason this was so important was ....... if they did not close on the property on Thursday, they would have had to wait until the end of January.....which means they would have to live in a hotel for over a month with their two little ones, plus they would have been out quite a bit of money.
We all were all in deep prayer for this to work out in their favor. There was one instance in particular where God's hand was so evident that it honestly left me speechless. Though I can't share the specifics, I can say that what seemed impossible was made possible. The only explanation was God. I am reminded that no matter how small or large our concerns, they matter to God.
This week, I've seen His power firsthand, and I pray that His revelations continue to inspire faith, hope and gratitude in us all.

*** Hey Y'all....thank you for all the lovely gifts I received yesterday....from celery to kitchen sink strainer, licorice (which I love) feta cheese, a scale, eggs, green tinsel dinosaur, batteries...etc. I love it all.

ReplyDeleteHi Shug~ What a lovely testimony of God's hand in our lives! I'm so glad that your grandson and his family were able to get the necessary paperwork to buy their new home, what a blessing for them! I am always in awe at the many ways that we are blessed each day! Have a great weekend, Shug! Hugs, Barb
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that the paperwork got to the right place at the right time, Shug. It saddens me though, that with all they had to deal with, moving, paperwork, and small kids, that this business wasn't more understanding and helpful to your family. That's the way of the world, and I've been there myself. But God knows and sees all, and He hears every concern, worry, and us calling out to Him. I trust Him with all my heart. And His angels on earth are beautiful. I'm glad they can move into their home now. What a special gift from God.

To me that was a miracle. Everything had to work out 'just so' to accomplish that and only God could do it. I have had a couple instances myself. God is good!
ReplyDelete"...what seemed impossible was made possible."
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this story, Shug! 💙
I must know, however, what is a green tinsel dinosaur? 😀 I am guessing that's a missing comma, but I live in hope. 🦕
What a story! And it is so cool that you remind us that so many things that people think is coincidence or luck is actually GOD!! I believe many of us have had really close calls, but God sent his angels to save us, and we will never know about it.
ReplyDeleteI got chill bumps just reading about your miracle. How wonderful and you KNOW it could only be God. He is the God of the Impossible...

Wow! Thanks for illustrating these miracles, as best you're permitted. God's definitely in the details!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful thing to happen. I firmly believe that when things work out like this it's because He meant for it to happen.
ReplyDeleteThat is wonderful! A total goose bump moment. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWe often say - But, God...!
I've never heard of a house closing without some type of last-minute drama. I'm glad that this set got resolved.
ReplyDeleteYeah God!!
ReplyDeleteGreat testimony.
ReplyDeleteAnd He is worthy to be Praised!
ReplyDeleteGod is intricately involved in the tapestry of our lives, often orchestrating events in ways that defy our expectations. In every circumstance, He is at work, weaving together experiences for the ultimate good of those who love Him. This divine influence is not just a distant concept; it is a powerful force that shapes us into the likeness of Christ.
I firmly believe that He has a unique and purposeful plan for your grandson and his family. They are vessels of His love and grace, placed in specific moments and situations for a reason.
Perhaps a new neighbor is yearning to hear about the hope of salvation, or maybe someone in their community is in desperate need of assistance that only they can provide. It could even be that they possess knowledge or skills that will serve a higher purpose, all according to God’s divine will. In His perfect timing, God wants them to be exactly where they are, ready to fulfill the plans He has set before them.
This is truly is exciting news.
What a nail biter! Bless the miracle.
