Fence Thursday

Ha!!!....oh boy......what a "Spring Break" this has been.

Rain and more Rain and flooding and more flooding.   Lots of our back roads have been washed out again...or completely impassable.

                              Borrowed photo credit

God knows what we have need of...and if it's 10 inches or more of rain....then we are to be grateful with that.

Not everyone enjoys the wee morning hours of rolling thunder...but I certainly do!  Last night we had plenty of it and I found myself curling up in the fetal position and sleeping SO GOOD.

Check this out....what better way to enjoy a rainy day than this?

Mylee used my old shopping buggy to haul her Barbie Dolls around.  See my old suitcase sitting on the floor, back behind the cart?  She toted that thing she drove the Barbies all around.

On Rainy have to be creative!!

I'm joining "Good Fences" today.   I saved my fence picture for last....I went to the farm the other night with Sam and it was way too dark for me to feel good about being out there.   This is a picture of him unlocking the gate.

There are way too many spooky sounds out there for me.   I did manage to get out of the truck to hold the flashlight for him, while he backed up to the trailer.

In my mind....I was pretty sure that there was a black panther out there watching us!!!!!!!  I was sure thankful when he finished hitching up the trailer.  I can didn't take me long to jump back in the truck!!

Hey....I sure hope you all have a fabulous day!

Texas hugs from me to you!!

Everything does look spooky at night, but it's a great post for Good Fences. I hope your weather improves!:)

I'm sorry there is flooding and so much devastation in your area. Be safe.

neat gate image. I think I would be more afraid of snakes than black panthers lol.

What a bummer about all the rain/flooding. We're having rain here this week after a couple of nice weeks of sunshine. I miss the sun.
So good that you had someone to keep you safe from those "panthers" out there in the dark by the gate.

Hi Shug, What a sweet time with Mylee. Love those pics with the dolls in the cart. Too cute. Great night time fence shot!! I'd worry about the critters too.
Have a nice weekend ahead. xo
