(Keeps me accountable)... It's a lifelong process for me ---and I find that, since I've been doing this for almost 2 yrs., things like donuts, sugary candy, and most sweet things really turn me OFF these days. Crazy.. Never thought I'd feel this way.<br /><br />Good Luck. I've been using it off and on for 2 years and lost 40 lbs. When I stop using it I gain weight and have to go back. Sometimes I forget what I eat throughout the day and this helps me stay on track. I have tried and tried and y...Good luck with that! I have tried and tried and yes, by counting calories. It just doesn't work for me...but what has worked, is not eating so many of those empty carbs( like cake doughnuts)...but instead, get my carbs from veggies like carrots, potatoes, etc. It's tough., so let's do this together, girl.
