You are in my thoughts and prayers sweet friend. I love the photo of you and your dad, you can tell he is a special man. I know that you hold all the wonderful memories of him very close to your heart. It took me years to get over the pain of my fathers death, I still miss him so much that it hurts my heart to think of him, and he has been gone over 30 years. But, I treasure the time that we had him, and, we will see each other again.

Strawberry pie!!! Oh, I wish I would have been at your house!!

Keep your chin up, you are an amazing woman!!

Gentle Hugs,
Barb Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15158897469583069249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-856115860459514900.post-78329109041927915702017-04-06T13:47:58.312-05:002017-04-06T13:47:58.312-05:00Great photo of you with your dad! My Dad died in 1969 and I still miss him so much. I was his little girl... Mom died in 1991 ---and I still talk about her and feel her around so much of the time...

When I am down, I get outside and work in the garden.. OR I take a walk... Just sitting outside always makes me feel better also.

I don't have RLS --but I have neuropathy problems in my feet... I am always reading stuff online to help especially with sleeping... Have you tried wearing compression socks (tight fitting hose/socks? IF you like doing research, there are MANY online sites about RLS... Just google it... You can get lots of ideas --some good--some bad.

Hugs,
BetsyBetsy Banks Adamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16223591156634767330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-856115860459514900.post-53894933904589910762017-04-05T20:52:53.550-05:002017-04-05T20:52:53.550-05:00Losing a loved one is hard. There is nothing easy a...Losing a loved one is hard. There is nothing easy about it.Just give yourself time to grieve, time to cry when you need that and freedom to laugh when you feel like it.Hugs to you my friend.Ruth Hieberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11260132564992492524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-856115860459514900.post-73012147333709911452017-04-05T19:51:18.054-05:002017-04-05T19:51:18.054-05:00How wonderful that in your grief, others benefit w...How wonderful that in your grief, others benefit with delicious goodness. Horrors, I cannot imagine giving up coffee or sugar. My mom died ten years ago, and whenever I think of her for awhile, my stomach balls up and hurts! I have neuropathy and lymphodema in my legs, so we are a pair!! When I am down, I clean out drawers and cabinets.Ginny Hartzlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09329131153403895625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-856115860459514900.post-65002428382313818822017-04-05T17:59:59.270-05:002017-04-05T17:59:59.270-05:00It is so sad to lose your dad, and sorrow can last...It is so sad to lose your dad, and sorrow can last a long time, for sure. My husband of 45 years died late year and so I know about sorrow, just as you do. You are in a cooking extravaganza, girl, and it all sounds good.Terra https://www.blogger.com/profile/04396481049075747940noreply@blogger.com
