Decorated Tables

Ladies Luncheon -2013

Our ladies luncheon at church was held yesterday......I love the opportunity to fellowship with all the women in our church.   Below is a picture of one of the tables that I decorated.

I decided to go with colors of mint green, light pink, hot pink and white.  These colors all blend well with each other and are so light and airy looking.

My little princesses loved the way I decorated the chairs.  I used lengths of ribbon and tulle, then tied them to some string and attached them to the chairs.

Dressed up Chairs!!!!

Isn't this little favor just adorable?   The girls loved them.....and it's something they can use!!

This is table #2 that I decorated for this event.....

"For the love of Sunflowers"

I didn't know that I was doing another table until Friday morning.......Thankfully, I had the things I needed to pull it off.....

I didn't have the placemats that I needed for these particular plates, so I kinda improvised a bit.....
I had some gorgeous pieces of stock paper, so I combined a couple of sheets together and placed them underneath the place settings.   Wa...La....it worked great!!

a completely different look, but it turned out beautiful!!

Such a wonderful time.....and Megan (Youth Pastor's wife) delivered a beautiful message about being a mother and a women in today's world.

I am thankful for our church and for the love that we all share!!

Blessings this day..

  10. Beautiful tables, Shug! Love that first one with the pink and green. I guess those little fu-fu thingies can be fairy skirts. I made my daughter one of those a few years ago for a costume. They are precious.

I had to miss our Ladies Luncheon at church this spring. We had a Mother/Daughter thing a few years back and our daughters had to write a letter to their mom and tell her why they loved and appreciated her. It was wonderful!

Thanks for stopping by. I've been so busy with LIFE, blogging has had to take a back seat for awhile. I sure miss being here!
