February 5th.... Oh my goodness! Looks like we certainly do have a head start on this short month that is filled with "LOVE"
I believe that even though we live in such a tech savvy world, the month of February brings out the creative desires that many people have when it comes to writing. Love letters, being the most important reason to pull out those almost forgotten pens and pencils.
After all, you don't really have to be a novelist to write a love letter. You just simply share what is in your heart by writing words that you long to say.....
Writing is considered to be a "Warm" way of expressing ourselves. As a matter of fact, writing can become very soothing and relaxing, if only we will allow ourselves the time to think deeply.
I have found that whenever I express myself through writing, I am able to reveal more about myself and the things that I truly feel. It really does force me to think deeply and I have found that I choose my words much more carefully.
We all have life stories that need to be shared with our children and grandchildren for years to come....By writing in a journal, we can capture these stories in detail and perhaps a little wisdom can be learned to those that choose to read them.
Writing has been great for me! I am challenged to think deeper.......
