A Reflection of Love....

Oh What a Glorious Day!

Destiny is simply the strength of your desires....If you cry when there is trouble...Then trouble doubles!

If you laugh at trouble, it will disappear like a bubble!!

The other day, I read a quote that I want to share with you...It was written by an anonymous source....

Ask your children...."Is that Love I see in your eyes, or merely a reflection of mine?"

This is a super great question, however.....when I read it, my brain immediately turned it around.....

Do children look into their parents eyes and ask...."Is that Love I see in your eyes for me, or merely a reflection of my love for you?"

A sad statement both ways!  But the really sad thing is that, in these days and times everyone is so busy and sometimes our children don't even get to see a reflection, must less LOVE!

It is time for us all to step up to the plate and open our eyes to see that our children need us...they need to see our love for them.  They do not need to merely see reflections....They need to see and feel love.

I am so thankful for my Heavenly Father!  He wraps me in His arms daily, and gives me that assurance that I am Loved!

We too, can and need to do this for our children.....Just sayin'

Sweet Sunday Blessings,

Shug ~

  4. They need to know we love them for THEM, and not their behavior! Our love is not attached to any actions, just like with us and God!

  8. Such an interesting question. Daily, I ask the Lord to fill me with His love and grace so that I can show that to others. I still fall so short, but I keep asking. Love the fall photo in this post.
