No Accident......

I love knowing that God is in every single detail of my life...

I had written my post for Sunday morning, (late Saturday night while we were traveling home) coming up Interstate 49 through Louisiana.....

I don't know about you, but most of the time, I just write....occasionally, I will have topics already lined up, but most of the time, I write about spur of the moment thoughts...

As you all know, my topic was "It's All Up To Us."

I realized on Sunday morning....that God was right there...smack dab in the middle of every detail of my post..... when our Pastor spoke about stepping out in Faith....

We need to be what God calls us to be.  No Fear attached!!!

We cannot live by fear and we can't do what God calls us to do when we fill our days with "What If's" and "Fear"

It is so important for young people to know God and to seek His Will and daily direction for their lives.... this is a critical time in a young persons life...... they need to not only seek God's direction, but they need to follow after God and ask Him to lead them every step of the way...OBEY and FOLLOW.....

                                           * * *

I absolutely love it when my thought process is in tune with that of the Lord...It was no accident that my post was based upon the fear that kept me captive for so many years, AND the message that God gave to our Pastor this past Sunday....

Perhaps God was giving me the blessing and encouragement of ENCOURAGING others....for this I am thankful...

Hope your day is filled with great joy....

  1. Thanks Shug~
You are a surprise blessing to me this morning as I personally have been struggling with helping my son and his family. They have strong faith but still need a nudge. Maybe if I borrow your thoughts of it not being an accident~~~Encourage God's Blessing bestowed on each of us...maybe if I word things differently.
    Thank You
You don't know how much you have helped me start my day. I will see my son today and will surly tell him to stop living in fear.
God be with you, Shug, and us.

  3. Oh Shug you are so right! We must be examples for our children & grandchildren! I too lived in fear for so many years..finally just "did it afraid" & it worked! Those words came from Joyce Meyers!! She knew God was always with us!

    Blessings!

  7. Hi Shug, you and I have a lot in common. I left a comment about it in the post below. I've been contemplating a post about conquering fears myself. Have a great day!

  12. I had that happen to me very profoundly not long ago. It was such a huge confirmation that I was hearing the nudge of the LORD.

It's interesting to me HOW MANY posts I have read in the past two days on the subject of stepping out beyond fear. Interesting, because it's exactly what I've been dealing with.
