From Red to White....Alright!!!

I do love the color of RED....
and, I can't imagine not having this
color displayed in various places throughout
our home... Oh, and on the outside too...

Do You remember my RED front doors?
I have enjoyed these doors so very much...

HOWEVER.....it was time to say good-bye
to these well worn out doors.

I have always had a lot of compliments about my beautiful
bright red doors, but none of these folks really knew the

I love the beautiful TEXAS STAR....

and yes, that is my shadow behind the star!

Even the sidelights have the TEXAS STAR!

I think I must be in Love all over again....

This door is solid....no breeze blowing through....no gaps...

The question is.......

What color??

What color am I going to paint my brand
new door?  RED? BLACK?  or should I
paint it WHITE?

I just don't know.....So this story is to be

Hope you find loads of happiness today!

  5. It is a truly beautiful door, very classy. But it looks like it's already painted white. I think it depends on what color the rest of the outside of your house is.

  7. Oh I use to have one of those doors and I do remember the cold breeze. They don't seal very well, or at least mine didn't. Love your new doors and sidelights. They are gorgeous and since I was born and raised in Texas, well, they are totally perfect to me. Can't wait to see what color you paint them. Thanks also for your gracious comments and following, I have followed you also. Hugs, Marty

  8. That is one classy door! Just love it! I'd probably leave it white for a while and when it needs painting I'd change it! But it sure would POP if it were red!

  9. Love your new door, Shug. I don't know what color your house is so I don't know what color I'd pick for the door, but red is always good in my book! I love red, too. It'll be pretty whatever you choose.
