Wha....La....Delici - O - sus

Who can possibly have a meeting without a good dessert?.........Not my group of friends...
First thing on our agenda is always...

1.  Do We Have A Dessert?

Susie, Vicki and Joyce

My very Dear Friends and classmates.
We ALL graduated in 1971 and I am almost positive that we must hold a record for having the most class reunions.  This will be our eighth class reunion.

We met last night in order to get out the invitations for our BIG 40 year event.  I was hosting the meeting, so I needed to come up with some kind of dessert......

This is what I chose.......

                          **Chocolate Eclair**

A simple, but oh so delicious dessert!

Ingredients......

Graham Crackers....

Pudding Mix and Milk......

Add cool whip.....

Start the layering process.....

End up with Graham Crackers on top.....

Top with Chocolate Icing.....

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR:

1 BOX WHOLE GRAHAM CRACKERS
2 PACKAGES {3 1/2 OUNCE} INSTANT                 VANILLA PUDDING
3 CUPS MILK
1 {8 OUNCE} CONTAINER  WHIPPED TOPPING
1 CAN CHOCOLATE READY TO SPREAD FROSTING.
3 TSP. MILK

In the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan, place one layer of graham crackers.  Mix pudding with 3 cups milk; fold in whipped topping.  Spread 1/2 mixture on layer of graham crackers.  Put another layer of crackers in pan.  Top with remaining half of pudding mixture.  add another layer of graham crackers.  Mix frosting with 3 teaspoons milk for spreading consistency.  Spread over top layer of graham crackers.  Ref. for 12 hours.

Serve with a glass of Sparkling "French Berry" soda.

  4. I just knew you would serve cupcakes!!! Looks good though, and guess you could lighten it up with the low fat version of all the ingredients...just saying. Don't think I have ever heard of it, but sure looks easy.

  6. If my Class Reunions served desserts like that at the actual Reunion or the planning meetings, I might consider attending! That looks delicious. All the desserts on your blog look great (I have my eye on the Strawberry delight at the top right of your page.)

Thanks for stopping by my blog. It's nice to meet you. I'll be back again soon! Cheers, jj
