~ Today, Sam and I are going to spend the afternoon with friends. ~
Not just friends, but the Best Friends in the world. There is great comfort when you know you can gather with good friends and feel safe.....Feel safe about your conversations....
We all feel the freedom to express our deepest feelings with one another, but at the end of the day, we all keep what is worth keeping and the rest we just kindly let the wind blow it away....If one needs strength to make it down a weary road, then we Pray! We support each other in every way possible.
Our Friendships have a kindred spirit about them and they are well cared for.
The kind of friends that I am talking about are not found in great abundance. These are what I call treasured friends. If you want this kind of friend, then you have to be first to step our there and be trustworthy. You have to also Give. Give of yourself with kindness and a loving heart.
The pleasure of having good friends is just part of the journey of life.....
